KROW ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have.
Questions? Email krowstuff@hotmail.com.

-
Account data: if you create an account — email, password (stored encrypted), order history.
-
Newsletter data: your email address, if you sign up.
-
Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details ourselves (see "Who we share with").

Messages: anything you send us via the contact form, email or social media.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
-
To process and ship your order, and provide support — necessary to perform our contract with you.
-
To send order confirmations and shipping updates — contract.
-
To send marketing emails / newsletters — your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime).
-
To keep the site secure, working and improved — our legitimate interest.
-
To meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with parties that help us run the shop, and only as far as needed:
-
Wix — our website host and platform provider.
-
[payment provider, e.g. Wix Payments / Mollie / Stripe / PayPal] — to process payments.
-
[shipping carrier(s), e.g. PostNL / DHL / DPD] — to deliver your order.
-
[email/newsletter tool, e.g. Wix Email Marketing] — to send our newsletter. These parties act as processors under appropriate data-processing agreements.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires (e.g. invoices are kept for 7 years for tax purposes).
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version always lives on this page, with the date above.
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28th of June 2026
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your choices, and let us understand how the site is used.
The types we use
-
Strictly necessary cookies — needed for the site to function: your shopping cart, security, and basic preferences. These can't be switched off. (Wix sets several of these, e.g. XSRF-TOKEN, svSession, hs, SSR-caching — verify your exact list.)
-
Functional cookies — remember choices like language or region.
-
Analytics cookies — help us see how visitors use the site so we can improve it (e.g. Wix Analytics / Google Analytics, if enabled).
-
Marketing cookies — used to show relevant ads or measure campaigns (only if you run ads / a pixel).
Your choice
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via [link naar je cookie-instellingen / banner]. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings; note the site may then work less smoothly.
Third parties
Some cookies are placed by the third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy (e.g. Wix, our payment provider, analytics). They have their own cookie and privacy policies.
Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always shown here with the date above.
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28th of June 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to every order placed via krowstuff.com with KROW
2. Our products & condition
We sell collectibles, many of them second-hand or vintage. We describe and grade every item honestly — from sealed to loose — and we photograph each piece exactly as it is, scuffs and sun-fade included. What you see in the listing is the item you receive. Because many items are pre-owned, small signs of age can be part of the product as described.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in [euro] and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout, before you confirm your order. We try to keep prices accurate, but if an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Your order — how a contract is formed
After you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. The purchase agreement is formed once we confirm and accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is no longer available or payment fails), in which case you'll be refunded.
5. Payment
We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal via our payment provider Wix. Payment is processed securely; we don't store your full card details.
6. Shipping & delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch within 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. For orders outside Europe, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase. Full details and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.
8. Conformity & legal guarantee
Your item must match its description and be of the quality you can reasonably expect, taking its (second-hand) nature into account. If an item is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under your statutory rights. Contact us at krowstuff@hotmail.com and we'll put it right.
9. Complaints
Not happy? Email krowstuff@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll respond within 3days.
10. Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where the law does not allow this limitation. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
11. Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms and to any agreement between us.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Last updated: 28th of June 2026
Changed your mind? No problem — here's how it works.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after you (or someone you nominated) receive the goods.
How to cancel
Let us know within those 14 days — email . After you've notified us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Please return it in the same condition you received it, ideally with original packaging. You're responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check the item.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning the item is for the buyer.
Return to: KROW, Kraaiestee 5, 9660 BRAKEL, BELGIUM
Your refund
We'll refund the full amount of the product, not including the shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back. We use the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.
Exceptions
A few product types are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law (e.g. custom-made or personalised items). Most of our collectibles are not excluded, so in almost all cases you can return them. If an exception applies to a specific listing, we'll state it clearly on that page.
Faulty or wrong item?
That's separate from withdrawal — you're always covered. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us within a reasonable time and we'll sort out a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
